It’s always felt odd slapping an age on Michael, but today would have been his 51st birthday. Throughout all these years, even after my fandom wasn’t as intense, every year I always remembered and acknowledged August 29th as being his birthday and wondered how he was celebrating it.. if he was at Disneyland or some place else he loved
I had a number of ideas for his birthday post today, but after going through my favorite MJ related articles and youtubes, I decided to keep it simple with the following YouTube of a very happy Michael. Just how I love to remember him. … Turn the volume way up!

Con esto se confirman los informes de prensa que circularon previamente sobre las causas de la muerte de la estrella del pop estadounidense, quien murió el 25 de junio en su residencia de Beverley Hills en la ciudad californiana.
La declaración del forense indica que los detalles del informe de la autopsia permanecerán sin conocerse hasta que concluya la investigación policial.
El médico de Jackson, Conrad Murray, dijo a la policía que le suministró propofol a Jackson en la mañana del 25 de junio tras una serie de intentos fallidos con sedantes con la finalidad de ayudar a que conciliara el sueño. "No hacían efecto"

I wonder what Michael would think of these snakes? People he had around his kids, he trusted are now not only trying to smear his name. But hurt the very children that they CLAIM to care so much about. If it’s not for personal gain why mention in anyway that you could possibly be the father?
If you want nothing what is the purpose of even mentioning it? To get a little advertising for yourselves thu Michael Jackson’s death? You should be ashamed to use someone’s death especially a person you also claim to have been a friend of yours.
I don’t believe and I’m sure many other’s don’t believe in anyway that you are the father of those beautiful children. So you And your lawyer really should go find a life for yourselves and another form of advertising. If only Michael Jackson could see these FRIENDS now.

Senator Kennedy recently passed away after suffering from brain cancer who loss the battle Wednesday 26 August 2009. President Obama declared a proclamation to have the flags fly at half staff until sunset of 30 August 2009. Michael Jackson will be buried on his birthday 29 August 2009, at which time we would have made 51 years old. Michael Jackson died July 25th of this year, almost exactly on month apart
Ted Kennedy died at age 77 and Michael Jackson at age 50 as both will be laid to rest on the same day 29 August 2009, which is be a day of mourn across the United States and the world. On this day the flags will fly at half staff?

Janet Jackson completed the filming of the Tyler Perry Movie, “Why did I get married too.” She is the process of making a new album to be released in 2010 and now her biography is officially in the process of being written, as for now it is being called “The true you,” to be published by Simon and Schuster and written by David Ritz whom she worked with before.
With the book signings, album promotions, movie promotions and who knows perhaps a tour, Janet is going to be a very busy woman in 2010. May the year 2010 be a successful year for Janet Jackson, I mean who is more deserving in the industry?

Physician Gave Propofol to Singer As a Sleep Aid
LOS ANGELES, Aug. 24 — Michael Jackson died in his rented mansion June 25 from a deadly dose of the powerful anesthetic drug propofol, according to an affidavit unsealed Monday…
Murray said he feared that Jackson was forming an addiction to the drug, which the singer allegedly referred to as “milk,” and that he was trying to wean him off of it. So he lowered Jackson’s propofol dosage to 25 milligrams, mixing it with two other sedatives, lorazepam and midazolam, according to the report. On June 23, two days before the singer’s death, he reportedly gave Jackson lorazepam and midazolam, withholding the propofol.
On the day Jackson died, Murray tried to induce sleep at 1:30 a.m. with Valium; at 2 a.m. with lorazepam; and at 3 a.m. with midazolam, according to the affidavit. After Murray failed to put Jackson to sleep with additional doses over the next few hours, Jackson then demanded propofol. At 10:40 a.m., the report notes, Murray administered 25 milligrams of the drug and continued to monitor Jackson for 10 minutes, until Murray left for the restroom. Murray told investigators that he returned after no more than two minutes and noticed Jackson had stopped breathing.
Between all the drugs, the dangerous use of propofol and the shocking amount of time Dr. Murray spent on the phone while Jackson was either dying or dead, the guy’s goose is cooked:

…Murray recounted to detectives in an hour-by-hour account detailed by detective Orlando Martinez of the Los Angeles Police Department:
– At about 1:30 a.m., Murray gave Jackson 10 mg of Valium.
– At about 2 a.m., he injected Jackson with 2 mg of the anti-anxiety drug Ativan.
– At about 3 a.m., Murray then administered 2 mg of the sedative Versed.
– At about 5 a.m., he administered another 2 mg of Ativan.
– At about 7:30 a.m., Murray gave Jackson yet another 2 mg of Versed while monitoring him with a device that measured the oxygen saturation of his blood.
– At about 10:40 a.m., “after repeated demands/requests from Jackson,” Murray administered 25 mg of propofol, the document said.
“Jackson finally went to sleep and Murray stated that he remained monitoring him. After approximately 10 minutes, Murray stated he left Jackson’s side to go to the restroom and relieve himself. Murray stated he was out of the room for about two minutes maximum. Upon his return, Murray noticed that Jackson was no longer breathing,” the affidavit said.
Efforts at CPR proved fruitless, according to Murray.
Shortly after Murray said he found Jackson not breathing, Murray was on the phone with three separate callers starting at 11:18 a.m. and ending at 12:05 p.m., according to the court documents which cite the doctor’s phone records.
Michael Jackson’s doctor ’set to be charged with manslaughter’
…Dr Murray has admitted administering the powerful sedative propofol to the singer on the day he died to help him sleep.
But he claims the amount, 25 milligrams, was small and should not have been fatal.
To secure a conviction for involuntary manslaughter prosecutors will have to prove that Dr Murray acted recklessly and created a high risk of death.
He will also be asked why he didn’t tell paramedics or doctors at the UCLA hospital, where Jackson was rushed after collapsing, that he had administered propofol.
Leading US attorney Roy Black said the intensity of the two month police investigation made it inevitable that Dr Murray would be charged. He said: “I have no doubt he’s going to be indicted. Just the amount of work tells us that.”
The homicide ruling by the coroner’s office was based on forensic tests that found propofol combined with at least two other sedatives, lorazepam and midazolam, to kill Jackson.
Lee Cantrell, director of the San Diego division of the California Poison Control System, said 25 milligrams of propofol was “not a whopping amount” but in a cocktail of other sedatives may have “pushed him over the edge”.
He said: “This is horrible polypharmacy. No one will treat an insomniac like this.”

Michael Jackson’s personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, has been formally charged with murder by the LAPD.

“Lethal Levels” Of Drug Killed Jackson
AUGUST 24–A search warrant affidavit sworn by a Los Angeles detective provides a detailed account of the police probe into the death of Michael Jackson, whose doctor told cops that he had been treating the pop star’s insomnia by intravenously administering the powerful anesthetic propofol in the weeks before Jackson’s June 25 death. The affidavit of LAPD Detective Orlando Martinez was included in a search warrant application filed last month in Houston, Texas, where Dr. Conrad Murray maintained an office and a storage unit. A copy of Martinez’s affidavit, prepared last month, can be found below. Murray, reportedly the subject of a criminal probe stemming from Jackson’s death, told investigators that he “felt that Jackson may have been forming an addiction to” propofol, and tried to “wean Jackson off the drug.” The affidavit notes that Jackson “was very familiar with the drug and referred to it as his ‘milk.’” The affidavit also quotes an L.A. coroner’s official saying that preliminary toxicology results showed that “Jackson’s cause of death was due to lethal levels of propofol.” The coroner has classified Jackson’s death a homicide, according to a law enforcement source cited today by the Associated Press, which reported that the ruling makes it “more likely” that criminal charges will be filed against the 56-year-old Murray.
Dr. Murray obviously played a role in Michael Jackson’s death, but does his action constitute a charge of murder?
